What exactly is the Gold Star eClub?
The Gold Star eClub is a free, permission-based email club to reward Gold Star Chili fans with exclusive
discounts, benefits, updates, promotions and sweepstakes via e-mail. Fans can sign up online or at
any of our Gold Star restaurant locations by completing a sign up card.
Does it cost anything to join the Gold Star eClub?
The Gold Star eClub is completely FREE and you can quit at anytime for any reason. The only thing you
need to do is give us your information on the signup form. Sign up and look for your welcome email
from us. We do the rest.
How can I edit My Gold Star eClub subscription profile?
Just click the Modify Profile link included in the footer of every email we send to change your preferences,
contact information, or to unsubscribe at any time.
How can I find discounts and coupons?
All special offers and promotions are communicated via email sent your inbox. We want to send you the
offers that you want most, so please complete your profile and preferences to get the deals that matter
to you. You may need to print a special offer in order to redeem it. Just turn on your printer and
click ‘PRINT.’
Why didn’t I receive anything for my birthday?
You may have entered your birthday information incorrectly when you joined the Gold Star eClub. Please
check your profile to make sure your birthday information is correct. If correct on our website, contact
us.
All you have to do is select Unsubscribe in the footer of any email sent to you. You will be immediately unsubscribed and see a confirmation screen.
