Carlisle voted Team of the Week

The Carlisle Indians were voted the Gold Star Team of the Week for Week 9 as they defeated Middletown Madison, 46-8.

The Indians finished with 42.21 percent of the 9,826 total votes tallied, edging out Fenwick and Purcell Marian in the voting conducted at TriStateFootball.com.

Bishop Brossart, Dixie Heights, Goshen, Hamilton, Kings, Lawrenceburg, and St. Xavier were teams that were nominated for their outstanding performances.

As the Team of the Week winner, Carlisle will be presented an award to the team in the near future from our friends at Gold Star.
