Find Your Gold Star*Proof of service includes: Uniformed Services ID Card, U.S. Uniformed Services Retired ID Card, current Leave and Earnings Statement, Veterans organization card (e.g., American Legion, VFW), present yourself in uniform, a photograph of yourself in uniform, a citation or commendation.
